DOSING HEAD-DTM
The semi-automatic dough dosing unit (Dtm) is the ideal “companion” to the Ptm. The operator manually places the pan in the tray. By pressing the start button (or the foot switch) the Dtm places the required dough dose in the pan. The Dtm is an economical solution, easy to use, precise, productive and safe.
