The EBSF dough flattening-forming film simulates the traditional flattening process by hand. The dough as it passes through the strip is shaped into a ring. (Bagels, bagel, bun, simit, govrige).It can be operated stand-alone (manual feeding with dough portions),or together with the EBAK extruder and juicer to create a complete production line.
