AUTOMATIC TART SHELL AND PIE PRODUCTION MACHINES – TM/RTM

Highly productive and flexible, suitable for large food industries as well as for confectionery and bakery workshops.

In the automatic models the moulds are transferred under the dosing head (extruder or dosing hopper) which fills them with the required amount of dough. The heated forming head enters and forms the base of the tart. The formed tarts are then discharged onto an output conveyor belt.

An FM filling system can be placed after the exit belt to fill the tarts with one or more materials.

Many configuration possibilities:

It can work with both hard forms (aluminium, etc.) and disposable forms.
Easy to change mould sets. Easy cleaning and maintenance.
Single or double pressing/forming for increased productivity
Suitable for both sweet and savoury tarts, from hard or soft dough.
Heated forming head with non-stick coating and release mechanisms
Particularly flexible. Forming heads are made to order. It can produce various tart shapes (round, oval, triangular, square, diamond-shaped, heart-shaped, etc.) even with a decorative finish (edging).
