The SBC cutting bench is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
It consists of a processing belt to which can be added:
- Interchangeable knife adjustment mechanism (for cutting the dough into the desired shapes)
- Electronic system to guide the cutting of the finished product to the desired dimension.
- Mechanisms that fold the dough strip after filling them
- Filling – filling machine
Customizations of size and accessories can be made, according to the needs of each customer.
