SEMI-AUTOMATIC PTM PRESS
Ptm is an economical solution for producing tarts easily, productively, accurately and safely. The operator manually places the pan (form) and the dough in the tray. By pressing the start button (or foot switch) the machine aligns the form with the forming head, which enters the form and forms the dough.
