XY AUTOMATIC TOPPING/FILLING MACHINES
XY is a multi-function machine that can be used for filling/injecting or coating various products such as (cakes , profiteroles , cheesecakes, sponge cake, etc). The XY two-axis filling bench is equipped with PLC , 7″ touch screen and alternating head filling system. It is fed with sheets of various dimensions on which the products to be filled are placed in rows and columns.
Many configuration possibilities:
- One or two filling stations or one filling station with two filling stations.
- Choice of number of filling outlets on request*
- Filling with Vertical injection / filling
- Choice of filling outlet rotation (profiterole, cheesecake coating)
- Easy adjustment of grams
- Easily interchangeable filling heads, depending on the filling/coating product
- The standard version has servo motors in all mechanical movements (higher productivity and precision).
