Automatic Lines For The Production Of Filled Biscuits SDWF
EBAK’s SDWF series consists of friendly and versatile machines for the production of sandwich-type biscuits. All models are easy to maintain and clean.
They can be operated either stand-alone or integrated into an existing production line.
The SDWF-FCS V1 and V2 models include biscuit holders which feed the machine with aligned rows of biscuits.
The SDWF-ALN model includes an alignment system for serialising and arranging the biscuits as they emerge from baking-cooking belts.
Prior to the filling and flipping steps, the machine examines the rows of cookies and discards missing rows while keeping the strip clean.
It then reverses a row of cookies and deposits the cream (or other material) in the next row.
Finally, he places the inverted cookies on top of the filled ones.
All models are equipped with a PLC and touch screen. You can memorize recipes and adjust operating parameters on the fly without having to stop the machine.
